Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the images.
Also contained in this recent photograph drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a legend detailing various parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.
